My Granny is 94 and today we talked about her failing eyesight and her fear of the complete loss of it. This episode makes me think of grief, loss, the melting away of the physical body. The decay. What is revealed under the melting , is that time, love, faith, memories, hope, and shared joy are the gifts. I see the Divine revealed in our oneness, and though I am sure to lose her, our fingers are intertwined forever, the experience of her is mine for infinity.
